Experience the ultimate in
Full Motion Flight Simulation at Certified Flyers
The Fildelity full motion Cirrus simulators replicate a
SR22 or SR20 aircraft, and will additionally be able to
simulate the Avidyne EntegraŽ PFD or standard instrument
displays. The manufacturing process is coordinated closely
with Cirrus in Duluth, MN to provide the necessary components
to give the simulators the proper Cirrus look and feel.
These simulators will also include a CAPS (Cirrus Airframe
Parachute System) deployment scenario, and training programs
will emphasize the decision making process leading to CAPS
deployment. The simulator can replicate the PFD
or traditional 6 basic instruments (with standard or Electric
HSI) for students/renters or owners that wish to take advantage
of the level 3 full motion simulator for initial instrument
or recurrent training.
Comprehensive Emergency Training - IFR/VFR Alternator
failure, PFD failure (full and partial) runaway trim flap
failure, MCU failure, fuel imbalance, autopilot failure,
prop governor failure, loss of oil pressure, and engine
failure. Most of the above captioned failures can not
be duplicated during VFR or IFR conditions.
Recurrent Training - Scenario Based Training (Cirrus
profiles)
Lowering Personal Minimums
Client Requested Refresher or Targeted Training
Pinch Hitter Training
The SimTrain Cirrus simulators include Fidelity's all-electric
six degree-of-freedom motion base and LCD Mosaic WallŽ external
visual display. The external visual display includes a worldwide
airport, navaid and topographical database, so pilots can
select the most suitable training environment.
This simulator is located at our Certified Flyers II Headquarters
in Morristown, NJ (MMU), just 20 minutes from Newark, NJ
(EWR).
