The no-hassle way of flying in state
of the aircraft without the headaches of ownership.
Unlike the traditional fractional model, you will not have
the liability of other fractional owners flying your aircraft
in all kinds of weather at all hours of the night. What
makes the Certified Aircraft Timeshare program (CAT
program) attractive is that you can step up to
a different aircraft each year without having the hassle
of selling your aircraft. At the end of the two year contract
you have the option to continue flying (at re-evaluated
rates), upgrade to new aircraft or simply walk away. The
goal of the program is to create a turn-key aircraft timeshare
club with more advanced aircraft on the horizon. With the
advent of the personal light jet aircraft on the horizon,
this will be a complement to the mentor program which is
currently under development.
Certified Aircraft Timeshare -> Cirrus SR20/22
-> Mentor Program -> EPIC VICTORY
Acquisition Cost - There is a one-time
initiation fee of $5000.00 to enter the user program for
the Cirrus SR20/22 aircraft ($2500 for all other aircraft).
This program is similar to the vacation time share programs
that we all are familiar with. The term of the contract
is a two year minimum. The user is allowed 75-100 hours
of usage per calendar year. The average price per hour varies
slightly depending on exact aircraft configuration and operating
costs. Your contract will include a set number of overnights
with no daily minimums for the overnights you select. We
have over 7 aircraft to choose from (Cirrus Sr20/22 and
Cessna G1000). You will be entitled to several weekends
per year based on amount of flight time purchased.
There are no monthly fees or hourly fees involved!!!
Initial installment payment - due at signing is the initiation
fee and the year one portion of flight hours selected, training
and down payment. Then there are equal monthly payments
due on the first of the month there after. On the anniversary
date (one calendar year from inception date) the second
installment payment based on the flight hours for year two
is due. These fees cover all the costs of maintaining, insuring,
and operating the aircraft. They are fixed for the term
of your contract and vary only with CPI, annual insurance
premium changes and the cost of fuel(recalculated each year).
Thus, there are no surprises due to maintenance or avionics
repair/upgrades. We do all the work… No more wasting
time or money upgrading Garmin 430’s, MFD/PFD’s,
Jepp Charts (if applicable). As the PIC you will be responsible
for any and all ramp fees, landing fees, and taxes if applicable.

Initial Cirrus Transition Training
Cirrus Transition Training
The Cirrus Transition Training Courses are designed to familiarize
Cirrus owners/pilots to the technologically advanced Cirrus
aircraft, its systems and advanced avionics. The training
provides a thorough introduction to your appropriate Cirrus
aircraft, the Cirrus SR20 or Cirrus SR22, and is a combination
of both ground, full motion simulator and flight lessons.
The training will combine reality based scenarios including
system failures and navigational decision-making skills.
Upon successful completion of the transition training course
curriculum, including all flight maneuvers and tasks contained
within the appropriate FAA Practical Test Standards, a transition
training certificate of completion will be issued which
meets the requirements for most insurance companies. To
ensure compliance with your insurance company's training
requirements, you may wish to contact your insurance carrier
for more information.
The Cirrus Transition Training Course is developed in conjunction
with the FAA sponsored FITS program. The course is comprised
of 7 lessons and an optional flight review and/or instrument
proficiency check lesson after the transition training has
been completed. NOTE: In order to rent Cirrus aircraft there
is a 10 hour minimum training time (simulator & aircraft).
For initial training (in your aircraft) there is no minimum
training time other than your individual training requirements;
however, all seven lessons must be satisfactorily completed
prior to receiving a transition training certificate of
completion.
The amount of time required for course completion is dependent
up on several factors:
• Experience level of the pilot
o Total Time
o High Performance Time
• Garmin GNS-430 Experience
• PFD/MFD Experience
• Pilot Preparation Prior to Training
Lesson 1:
As the course overview, this lesson outlines the training
curriculum and itemizes the training into a lesson plan
syllabus. During this lesson the operator must either correctly
answer 70% of the training guide questions or complete a
written quiz covering materials from the POH achieving at
least a 70% score. If the operator has satisfactorily completed
the training guide or quiz they may continue with the flight
training.
Lesson 2:
This lesson serves as an introduction to your Cirrus aircraft
covering normal operating procedures, introduction to avionics,
steep turns and stalls.
Lesson 3:
Operator will be asked to identify and correct systems and
system malfunctions in a scenario based format. These scenarios
will be based on the certificate and ratings held by the
pilot.
Lesson 4:
Operator will review items learned on lesson 2 and develop
increased proficiency in airport operations. Takeoff, landing,
go around and stabilized approach procedures will be the
major emphasis.
Lesson 5:
Pilot will be introduced to abnormal and emergency procedures
in flight. The pilot will also demonstrate automation competency
in a Cirrus aircraft while conducting a cross country scenario.
Avionics interface autopilot operation and Garmin GNS-430
will be the major emphasis.
Lesson 6:
Pilot will review abnormal and emergency procedures and
demonstrate an increased proficiency in conducting a cross
country based scenario.
Lesson 7:
This lesson is the final evaluation flight that will take
into account previously learned material and will be conducted
on a planned cross country scenario.

Prior to conducting flight training in your Cirrus aircraft,
please ensure that training has been scheduled with us prior
to your arrival and the required documentation must be received
by our office prior to initiating your training as follows.
The checklist below will aid in your completion of the required
documentation
prior to training:

free to call in advance to discuss your training options
and plans. We are often unable to accommodate last-minute
requests for extra training days. (Additional training days
may be required as recommended per your CSIP instructor
or insurance requirements.)
• Pilot Profile - Please complete the pilot profile
application
• Certificate of Insurance & Waiver of Subrogation
